Welding is a complex and time-consuming process that needs to be completed precisely to ensure the bond of two separate materials. If done incorrectly the fabrication may weaken both sides causing a failure of whichever product was created. In the industrial and manufacturing world, the welding process can be an important step as it relates to the success of pipework, production equipment, and construction projects.

As an industry leader for over 30 years, SE-MAR Electric Company, Inc. is proud to offer our clients in many industries the professional welding services they need. With purity and durability of welds set to a high standard, our team of welders take the time to understand your project, the metals or thermoplastics being used, the welding positions that need to take place, and choose the correct welding method based on your design.

Manual welding has many benefits when it comes to combining materials in both the vertical and horizontal format. However, as technology continues to evolve in the welding industry, so does the ability of welding in a 360° range of motion, a process known as orbital welding. The computer-controlled process of orbital welding allows the operator to uniformly weld around process tubing, gas and water pipes, and other products that require an arc or a continuous weld. With the precision of computers, a highly trained welder can work with piping and tubing from 1.6mm to 275mm in diameter, including up to 3.5mm in thickness, making welding projects that much easier.
